What is the Centrosome?

Jaise aapko pata hai ki ek Eukaryotic cell me bahut Organelles hote hain, waise hi Centrosome ek Organelle hai. 

Where is the Centrosome Found?

Ye sabko pata hai ki, Animal cell main centrosome hota hai. Aapne kabhi kya socha hai ki, plant cell mein bhi centrosome paya jata hai. Han lower plants like Algae mein, jahan flagella present hota hai, wahan bhi centrosome milega. Kyon ki centrosome, flagella ka origin hota hai, jishko hum blepharoplast kaheye hai. 

Centrosome Definition:

Ek centrosome mein two centrioles hote hain. Ishe Diplosome kaha jata hai. Centrosome ke bahar koi membrane nehi hota hai. Agar aap dekhoge to, kuchh amorphous substance milega, jishko hum centrosphere bolte hain. 

Structure of Centrosome

Molecular level mein dekho to, centriole ek tarah ke Tubulin protein se bana hai. Arrangement of Tubulin proteins ko Cart wheel Model se niche explain kiya gaya hai. 

Cartwheel Model of Centriole

9+0 arrangement of microtubules ko cartwheel model kaha jata hai. Jaise cartwheel ka centre matlab Axil hollow hota hai, waise hi centriole ka centre bhi hollow hai. Cartwheel jaisa centriole me 9 radial microtubules se bana hua spokes paya jata hai. Har ek spoke end mein Triplet of microtubules attach hua milega. 

Final structure of centriole:

Each centriole is a microtubular structure or Cytoskeletal structure made of 9 triplets of microtubules with a hollow Hub. Aur detail mein kahe to, Triplets ke bahar 9 Massules Or Pericentriolar satellites bhi milte hain, jo centriole duplication ke waqt help karte hai. 

Functions of Centrosome

Centrosome nuclear membrane ke bahar milega. Cell cycle me jo synthetic phase hota hai, ushme centriole ka duplication hota hai. Aur jab cell division, Or M-phase suru hoga, tab cell ke dono poles ko centriole chalejaenge. Centriole chhote chhote fibres (two asters) aur Spindle Fibres banate hai. Wo dono ko milake Mitotic Apparatus kaha jata hai, jo cell division mein chromosomes ko divide karne mein help karta hai. 

Conclusion:

Centrosome cell ka bahut important organelle hai, jo cell division me bahut hi main role nibhata hai.
